The chosen spirit we have known as Alma Beatrice Randall, 92, entered into the fold of the Good Shepherd, by way of the narrow gate, on November 6, 2015, he has filled her with joy in His presence. Beatrice was born the middle child of the Rev. W.C. and Ethyl F. Nelson in Munford. She lived in Demopolis, prior to spending the bulk of her years in Anniston. Among those who will cherish her memory are her son, Michael Lamar Randall (Janet); her grandchildren, Paul Randall, Josh Randall, Jillian Randall and her precious great-grandsons, Jackson and Kaleb Randall. She is also survived by sisters, Bobbie Wyatt and Jewell Nelson (Cranston), along with countless nieces, nephews and extended family. Beatrice is preceded in death by her husband of thirty-two years, Huffman L. Randall. She now rest among her parents and siblings; a sister, Mary Alice Hall (Clifford) and brothers, Fowler Nelson (Laura Lee), Alvin Nelson (Ruby) and Benny Nelson (Ella). The wife of a Deacon and a Charter Member of Golden Springs Baptist Church, "Ms Bea", as she was lovingly known, supported all aspects of the church's ministry and served in various roles as Sunday School Teacher, VBS worker and Prayer Room Volunteer. In retirement she delighted in the camaraderie she shared with fellow Bell South Company Pioneer Retirees. Beatrice was a world traveler, an avid reader, as well as an accomplished cook. Beatrice was witty, charming and her appearance was "striking". Yet, these attributes comprise only a small portion of the blessings that are the legacy of her memory for those who loved her. The family would like to extend a special Thank You to all the diligent health care workers that attended to her needs at Autumn Cove Assisted Living, The Cleburne County Nursing Home and Alabama Hospice Care. There will be a private celebration of life memorial service. In lieu of flowers, family request that you would lift up in daily prayer those caregivers of patients afflicted with Lewy Body Dementia.
