Funeral service for Alphonso Bradford, 66, will be on Saturday, July 1, 2017, at 3 p.m. at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church where the Rev. Carlton Phillips, pastor and the Rev. Clyde Hill, officiating. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Mausoleum. Mr. Bradford passed away on June 23, 2017. A wake will be this evening 6 - 8 at the Russell H. Williams Memorial Chapel. Mr. Bradford's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to his service. Survivors include his wife, Glenda Dye; children, Alphonso Bradford Jr., Delaine Dye, Danquell Bradford; grandchildren, Elbert, Lavonta, Jasmine, Shequaria, Brianna, Tekoreia, Bria, Tomas, Kayden; 12 great-grandchildren; siblings, James (Dorothy) Bradford, Elizabeth Ball, Ralph E. Bradford, Billie (Lisa) Bradford; in-laws, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Williams Bradford and Mattie Mae Ingram Bradford, and brother, Willie Bradford.
