Funeral service for Billy Burrage, 73, will be 2 p.m., today, July 20, 2016, at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary with his son-in-law, Bro. Shawn Mason officiating. Private family graveside will be held at Oxford Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Mr. Burrage passed away peacefully on Monday, July 18, 2016, at his home, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Burrage; sons, Dennis Burrage (Kim) and Randy Burrage (Ashley); daughter, Tina Mason (Shawn); sisters, Madeline Helm and Vickie McConathy (Larry); grandchildren, Cody Burrage, Gavin Burrage, Ethan Burrage, Zach Burrage (Sarah), Griffyn Burrage, Zane Burrage, Logan Shafer, Landon Shafer and Braxton Mason. Mr. Burrage is preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Nellie Burrage; brothers, Lewis Burrage, Leonard Burrage, Melvin Burrage, and sister, Christine Horton. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Billy had an undenying love for The Lord, his family, and especially his wife. Billy and his wife, Barbara, shared 51 years of love together and created a remarkable, tight-knit family of strong believers in Christ. Billy also enjoyed hunting and fishing.
