A memorial service for Billy Wayne Flint, 83, will be held on Tuesday, September 13, at 1 p.m., at Miller Funeral Home in Oxford. Mr. Flint died on Friday, September 9, at his home. He was preceded in death by his son, David Lee Flint. Survivors include, his wife, Madeline Flint; sister, Nellie Miller; sons, Michael and Gary Wayne Flint, and Chris Allen Flint Townley; a daughter, Cheryl Ann Gamble; grandchildren, Erika Kilpatrick (Brandon), Jeremy, Jonah, Samantha and Stella Flint; and great-grandchildren, Aiden and Jaxson Kilpatrick. Mr. Flint was a decorated, retired Army veteran, and later retired from Anniston Army Depot.
