Brenda R. Riddlespur, 72, passed away, June 27, 2015, at R.M.C. in Anniston. She was born December 29, 1942, in south Georgia to Leavy and Margorie Ray. She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her daughter, Kelli; brothers, Wayne Ray, Steve Ray and a sister, Harriett Simmons. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Julius; daughter, Renee, of Tuscaloosa; son, Tony, of Eastaboga; daughter, Julie, of Anniston; brother, Cliff Ray, as well as 11 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was well-loved and respected by her family, a great and generous friend to others and a firm believer in Jesus Christ. She will be sorely missed. A memorial service will be held at her church home of Anniston Bible Church today at 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Big Oak Ranch would be appreciated.
