Funeral service for Campbell Scott Eaton will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Saks with Dr. Randy Postell and Dr. Bill Snow officiating. Entombment will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until service time at the church. Campbell passed away Monday at NE AL Regional Medical Center following an illness that began in 2006. Survivors include his parents, Scott and Kelle Eaton; brother, Ramsey Eaton; grandparents, Terry and Jane McNeal and Terry and Myra Eaton; uncles and aunts, Heath McNeal, Andy Eaton (Candice) and Alyce Vaughan; cousins, Cole McNeal, Bella and Valan Eaton and Jake Lee. Campbell previously attended Saks Elementary School, played baseball at Saks Youth Activities and enjoyed playing golf and fishing. The family would like to thank special nurses, Jessica Pittman and Susie Worthy as well as their church family at First Baptist Church of Saks. The family would also like to thank Dr. Hoover, as well as the entire pulmonary, 5 Tower and PICU staff at Children's Hospital in Birmingham, Children's Rehabilitation Services of Anniston and Downey Drugs of Alexandria. For all the prayers and support from the community, the family will always be grateful.
