Funeral service for Charley William Richardson, 79, will be Friday, August 8, 2014, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home. Dr. Bill Snow and the Rev. Robert Pope will be officiating. Entombment will follow at the Maplegrove Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 until 8 at the funeral home. Mr. Richardson passed away on Tuesday at his residence. Survivors include his wife, Claudetta Richardson; daughters, Kim Cobb (Roger), Cheryl Turner (Mike); step-children, Jerry Cofield (Dawn) and Celia Dickerson; grandchildren, Brittany Cobb, Morgan Cobb, Michele Turner, Timothy Turner, Tiffany Williams, Chris Cofield, Lexie Ramey, Skylie Ramey; great-grandchildren, Walker Williams, Jacob Turner, Easton Moore; brother, Jimmy Richardson; sister, Mary Ethyl Mathis; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be members of the US Air Force. Mr. Richardson was a resident of Ohatchee. He was retired from the US Air Force after 20 years of service, where he held the rank of Master Sergeant. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 931. Mr. Richardson was preceded in death by parents, Clarence and Madge Richardson; his son, Charlie "Chuck" Richardson II and his granddaughter, Jennifer Turner; step son, Charles Cofield.
