Clara Mae Pope our beloved mother, granny and friend to so many made her transition on April 25, 2014. She was lifelong a resident of Anniston, Ala. Public viewing will be today from 1p.m. until 8 p.m. in the chapel of Goodson Funeral Home A celebration of her life will be 12 p.m. on Saturday May 3, 2014, at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, where The Reverend Carlton Phillips is to serve as celebrant. Interment will follow via an escorted cortege at Edgemont cemetery Cherishing her memories children, Charles, Mary (Anthony), Tracey, Fredrick, Tamika, Sedrick, Damon (Monique), Monica Pope, all of Anniston, Ala.; 24 grandchildren; 6 great- grands; Aunt Veona Monroe and a host of other loving family and friends.
