Funeral service for Clarence Armour Jr., 82, will be on Saturday, July 2, 2016, at 1 p.m. at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, in Brutonville, with the Rev. Stafford Rowser officiating. A wake will be 5-7 this evening at Anniston Funeral Service. Mr. Armour passed away on June 25, 2016 at N.E. Regional Medical Center. Mr. Armour's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to his service. Mr. Armour served in the U.S. Army. He retired from U.S. Pipe and was a retired truck driver. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy L. Armour; son, Roderick Armour; daughters, Cheryl West, Janice (Travis) Minor, Lori (Jackie) Evans and Tia Armour; daughter-in-law, Patricia Armour; step-sons, Johnny (Renee) Crook and Steve (Lois) Minniefield; step- daughters, Jacqueline Bradford and Veronica Thomas; 21 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; siblings, Charlie Bell Rhodes, Stella Sutton, Emma (Robert) Frazier, Robert (Eva) Armour and Samuel (Brenda) Armour; in-laws, Darnell (Jean) McDuffey, Rosa Leonard and Willie Crook; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Armour Sr.; his son, Clarence M. Armour; sisters, Mary A. Tigett and Inez Armour, and three grandchildren. Anniston Funeral Service Rev.
