Claude Patrick Livingston died peacefully in his sleep on Christmas Eve 2017, at peace with his life, himself, and all those he loved so dearly. He was a man who could do whatever he set his mind to, and did what he needed to do to take care of his family. He loved to fish, anywhere, anytime, and he caught his share. He laughed well and always had a funny story right at hand. His garden was of utmost importance every year and he left with beautiful collards still growing. He is survived by the love of his life, Barbara 'Bobbie' Livingston; his daughters, Kay Eiland (Buddy), Melissa Howlett (Jared), Tanya Gossage (Sam), Sonya Knight; nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; brother, Gordon Livingston (Joyce), and a sister, Gwendolyn Green. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pat and Maude Livingston; son, Roger Livingston; six sisters and three brothers. At Claude's wishes, a celebration of life will be shared by friends and family on Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 5:00-8:00pm in the fellowship hall at First Baptist Church of Jacksonville, located at 230 7th Street NE Jacksonville, AL 36265.
