Clifford "Tip" Curvin, 83, passed away Saturday, January 09, 2016. An Alabama native, Mr. Curvin served in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He and Mrs. Betty owned and operated B&C Distributing and Printing Co. in Austell. Tip was a member of the Mableton Lions Club, the Masonic Lodge in Talladega, and taught Sunday school at Mableton First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Betty Curvin; children, Motacha and Joey Blackerby, of Munford, Vicky Waldrop and David Andrews, of Villa Rica, Ga., and Rita Waldrop and Brad Cross, of Kennessaw, Ga.; sister, Dorothy Modica, of Anniston; brothers, Marvin and Ross Curvin, of Ohatchee; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the funeral begins at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at White Columns Chapel in Mableton, Ga., with the Rev. Jeff Andrews and the Rev. Mike Anderson officiating. Burial will be at Mount Harmony Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be made at
