Funeral service for Colleen Evon Welch Griffin, 49, will be on Saturday, April 9, 2016, at 1 p.m. at the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church where the Rev. Fredrick Allen Sr., Pastor and the Rev. W. S Fields, Eulogy. Interment will follow in Edgemont Cemetery. Mrs. Griffin passed away on March 30, 2016. Mrs. Griffin's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to her service. A wake will be this evening 6 - 8 at the Russell H. Williams Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Griffin was involved in Rushing Springs District, adult choir, the Usher Board and Matron. Mrs. Griffin was a member of Anniston High School Class of 1986. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Griffin Sr.; her children, Philycia A. (Larry) Lowrance, LaToya Griffin and Kenneth Griffin Jr.; mother, Sarah Mae Hannah McCray; mother-in-law, Ethel Allen; grandchildren, Shanyia, Xavier and Jaylen Lowrance; siblings, Sandra K. (Melvin Sr.) Satcher, LaRita (Johnnie) Montgomery, Margaret Matthews, Joann Drake, Kerry D. (Krystal) Welch, Ronald F. Welch, Reginald H. Welch, Carlton D. Welch and Kenneth J.
