The funeral service for Mr. Danny Frank Jennings, 67, formerly of Jacksonville, will be at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at K.L. Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jacksonville with Gary Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Mr. Jennings passed away on February 11, 2017 at his home. Danny grew up in Jacksonville and later moved to Springville where he spent the rest of his life. Danny worked at Russo Corporation for the majority of his career. Everyone who knew him, knew when he wasn't playing with his grandkids he was watching Alabama Crimson Tide sports on the big screen. Mr. Jennings is preceded in death by his parents, B. Frank Jennings and Edna J. Dyson, and two brothers, Rickey and Eddie Jennings. He is survived by his wife, Ann Dobbs Jennings; a daughter, Christin Jennings Nolin (William); sons, Shane Jennings and Blake Andrus; grandchildren, Kali Nolin, Bradon Nolin and Benjamin Nolin; sisters, Barbara (Hoke) Bevels and Pat (Jimmy) Edwards; a brother, Benny (Barbara) Jennings, and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Cody Jennings, Gary Dollar, Nathan Nolin, Mike James, Mark James, Michael Brewer, Ken James and Josh James.
