Funeral service for Mrs. Dollie Harper Hall, 88, was held Monday, January 25, 2016, 1 p.m. at Rabbittown Baptist Church. The Rev. Bill Murray, the Rev. Gene Burns and the Rev. Eric Snider will be officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Her family received friends on Monday from 12-2 p.m. at the church. Mrs. Hall went to her Heavenly home on Saturday surrounded by family. She is survived by daughters, Camilla Jordan (Mike), Diane Ford (Donnie); grandchildren, Robye Burns (Heath), Rodney Ford; great- grandchildren, Zack Ford (Merdith), Dylan Burns, Christian Ford, Brock Burns; great-great- granddaughter, Briley Ford; host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lelus E. Hall; parents, William Jasper and Effie Louetta Harper; sister, Minnie Lee Houck; brothers, Lamar Harper, Hubert Harper, Fratus Harper, Jasper Harper and Merrill Harper. Pallbearers will be Rodney Ford, Zack Ford, Dylan Burns, Christian Ford, Brock Burns, Mark Harper and Randall Hall. Mrs. Hall's nieces and nephews serving as Honorary Pallbearers. Mrs. Hall was a lifetime native of White Plains. She was a member of Rabbittown Baptist Church. She served as a volunteer fire fighter with the White Plains Volunteer Fire Department for many years. She enjoyed sewing and quilting. She also enjoyed gardening. She loved cooking for friends and family. Most of all she loved her family. She adored her grandchildren and spending every possible minute with them. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. The family asks that donations be made to Rabbittown Baptist Church at 2450 Rabbittown Road Piedmont, AL 36272, in memory of Mrs. Dollie Hall.
