Funeral service for Donna Anderson Todd, 63, of Piedmont will be Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Piedmont with the Rev. Michael Ingram officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church Wednesday from 11-2 p.m. Mrs. Todd passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015 at her home. Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Stanley Todd; a son, Wesley Todd (Brandi) ; three grandchildren, Emma Grace Todd, Mattie Todd and Brantley Todd; three sisters, Janice Rosser (Doug), Sherry Whiteside (Gerald); her twin sister, Diana Anderson; her mother-in-law, Minnie Ola Todd; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Larry Moss, Paul Harper, Sparks Harper, Randy Harper, Bill Hart, Mac Singleton, Ted Acker and Danny Pointer. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Ester - Fidelis Sunday School Class of the First Baptist Church of Piedmont. Mrs. Todd was a lifelong resident of Piedmont and was a graduate of Piedmont High School and Jacksonville State University. She retired from the State of Alabama with 11 years service at Calhoun County Department of Human Resources and 17 years at Alabama Medicaid Agency. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Piedmont for 53 years where she taught the Ester Sunday School Class for 16 years. She enjoyed sewing, cross stitching, reading, word puzzles, flower gardening and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Todd; her parents, William and Amy Anderson; and a special nephew, Ryan Davis.
