Funeral service for Mrs. Doris Helen Brady, 74, will be Friday, February 24, 2017, at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until time of service. Burial will be at Dogwood Trails. Pastor Chad Brown and Pastor Tim Holder will be officiating the service. Mrs. Brady passed away on February 22, 2017, at her home. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Pat Brady; children, Sherry (Randy) Cosper, Wanda (Byron) Purcell, Dena (Jim) Slick, and Debbie (Steve) Green; grandchildren, Keri (Chris) Johnson, Jamie (Rikki) Cosper, Brady (Mallory) Baird, Anna (Mitch) Galloway, Michael (Morgan) Green, Britton Greene, Katie Cosper, and Cade Greene; step-grandchildren, Brandon (Deidre) Slick and Kayla (Josh) Gann; great- grandchildren, Emily, Abby and Will Johnson, Evelyn and Eliza Kate Baird, Alexa Cosper, Makenzie and Miles Green; brother, Jeral (Inez) Clark; two nephews, Gary (Neina) Clark and Bobby (Sherri) Clark, and several extended family members. She is preceded in death by her parents Robert Daniel Clark and Doris Lorene Clark of Lineville. Pallbearers will be Jamie Cosper, Michael Green, Britton Greene, Cade Greene, Gary Clark, and Bobby Clark. Mrs. Brady was a member of Choccolocco Community Church. She was retired from Sears Roebuck & Company, and Southern Company. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, sister and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. The family would like to thank ALACARE Hospice, Oxford EMS, Tom Slick, retired paramedic/firefighter, Jim Slick, and Dr. Charlie Williams for their support and services during this difficult time.
