Funeral service for Doris Jean Finley 52, will be on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the New Life Christian Center where Bishop F.R. Traylor is pastor and Apostle W.T. Traylor officiating. Burial will follow in Old Field Cemetery. Mrs. Finley remains will arrive at the church two hours prior to her service. Mrs. Finley passed away on May 23, 2014 at Trinity Medical Center, Birmingham. Doris graduated from Clay County High School Class of 1980. She had worked at Tyson Foods and Koch. Survivors include her husband, Willie Wade Finley; mother, Minister Willie Pearl Adair; siblings, Lessie (Gerald) Adair, of Lineville, Sara J. Adair, Teresa (Miller, Sr.) Pearson, Minister Debbie (Jimmie) Houston, Farrah (Marcos) Castro, all of Ashland, Roger Ballard, of Opelika, Cecil Adair, of Mobile; nieces, Jessica, Kizzie, Latoya, Kendra; nephews, Miller Jr., Daniel, DeAnthony, Devante; aunt, Henrietta Smith; uncles, Nathinal, Benjam, Jessie, Author, Elijah; devoted cousin, Angelia Thomas; other relatives and friends.
