Funeral service for Mrs. Dorothy Ann Moore, 72, will be today, December 19, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Sister Betty Bishop officiating with burial following at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until service time at the Funeral Home. Mrs. Moore passed away December 17, 2014 at Stringfellow in Anniston. Mrs. Moore is survived by her companion, Clyde Hall; daughter, Tammy (Ricky) Turley; son, Donald (Edna) Moore; daughter-in-law, Lynn Moore; mother, Irene Silas; sisters, Glenda (Jerry) Oswalt, Annette (Dink) Haynes, Joyce Rickson, Jo (Ronnie) Mitchell and Sandra (Floyd) Sparks; brothers, Wayne (Pat) Silas and Lewis Silas; grandchildren, Brooke (Michael) Maddry, Haley Turley, Hannah Turley and Dylana Moore. Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her father, Cleve Silas; husband, Stanley Moore; son, Michael George Moore. Pallbearers will be Brad Rickson, Troy Sparks, Dennis Silas, Jerry Haynes, Jerry Parris, Colby Bryant, Joe Breunig and Ronnie Mitchell. Mrs. Moore was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County; a member of Parker Memorial Baptist Church; a member of the Agape Sunday School class. Mrs. Moore attended Wellborn High School and was involved with the Ohatchee Senior Citizens. Condolences may be left at www.chapelhillfh.com
