Funeral service for Edith "Dean" Honeycutt Ford, 90, will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, August 3, 2016, at Wellington First Baptist Church with Dr. Tommy Miller, Brother Adam Morales and the Rev. Lee Bridges officiating. Burial will follow at Eulaton United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends this evening from 6 - 8 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church. Mrs. Ford passed away Sunday morning at her residence. Mrs. Ford is survived by her daughters, Frankie Miller and husband Tommy, Latricia Ryan and husband Randy; son, James Douglas Ford; sisters, Claudia Leslie, Bernice "Pete" Johnson; grandchildren, Tracy Dill, Jamie Ford, Cindy Fair, Brooke Lee, Afton Wilson, Emily Williams and Kaitlyn Bryant; great-grandchildren, Cody Dill, Lacy Dill, Blake Dill, Houston Walker, Hayden Ford, Hudson Ford, Eli Fair, Ethan Fair, Noah Lee, Addy Lee, Sophie Williams, Audrina Williams, Savannah Wilson and Hadleigh Wilson; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Ford is preceded in death by her husband, James O. Ford, and daughter-in-law, Brenda Ford. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to The Wellington First Baptist Church Building Fund.
