A memorial service for Elizabeth Lauren Hartnett, 20, will be Monday, December 23, 2013, at 2 p.m. at the McWhorter Activity Center of the First United Methodist Church of Jacksonville with the Rev. Ted Anderson, Joseph McConnon and Kara McConnon officiating. Burial will be in Patterson Cemetery in the New Liberty Community. The family will receive friends at the church for one hour prior to services. Ms. Hartnett died on Thursday, December 19, 2013, in Weaver. She is survived by a daughter, Mila Shane Schollmeyer; her mother, Bonnie Allsup Hartnett, of Jacksonville; her father, Timothy Patrick Hartnett; her stepmother, Kimberly Hartnett; her half brother, Patrick Hartnett, all of Jerseyville, Ill.; her stepbrother, Matthew Birmingham, of Alton, Ill., and stepsister, Sarah Edwards, of St. Louis, Mo.; her grandparents, Edwin and Emma Allsup, of Jacksonville, Peter and Janis McAdams, of Brighton, Ill., and Randy Hartnett, of Jerseyville, Ill., and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Honorary pallbearers will be Ronald Allsup, Jack Allsup, Dylan Morris, Patrick McConnon, Tyler Phillips and Tom Otwell. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Jacksonville, P. O. Box 1025, Jacksonville, AL 36265.
