Anniston - Funeral service for Eunice Williams Sparks, 99, of Anniston, will be 11 a.m. Thursday, February 21, 2013, at Parker Memorial Baptist Church with the Rev. Billy Harris officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Survivors include son, Jim Williams and wife, Nancy; sister, Mildred Street and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Sparks is preceded in death by husbands, C.H. Williams and M.C. Sparks. Mrs. Sparks was a longtime member of Parker Memorial Baptist Church. She taught kindergarten at the church many years and also started the Children Church. Mrs. Sparks was an outgoing person never meeting a stranger. Some of her happiest times where spent with her church family. She always was looking for a party "the bigger, the better". Mrs. Sparks will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
