Harold "Buck" Grover Buckner, 70, died February 1, 2017. He was born February 18, 1946 in Clay County. He worked for CSX Railroad. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Myrtle Browning Buckner, and brothers, Preston and Tyler. He is survived by his wife, Alicia Darlene Wade, of Talladega; daughter, Audra Chambless, of Sylacauga; sons, Harold Dean Buckner, of Vestavia, and Daniel Buckner, of Talladega; and daughter, Salena Reason, of Talladega; two stepchildren, Karen Deskins, of Talladega, and Dean Lackey, of Huntsville; six grandchildren and 10 step grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Talladega Creek Baptist Church, Monday, February 6, 2017, at 2:30 p.m. Visitation will be an hour prior to service.
