The funeral service for Mrs. Hartselle Neal Frame, 73, of Anniston, will be at 2 pm on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Grace Episcopal Church with the Rev. Dr. Lee F. Shafer officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery on US Highway 11, just north of Attalla. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the King Parlor at Grace Episcopal. Hartselle passed away on February 13, 2018 at her home. Hartselle was born in Attalla, AL. She graduated from Queens University of Charlotte, North Carolina with a B.A. degree in Art and was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta sorority. After college, she taught art classes and later moved to Heidelberg, Germany. She lived there for ten years where she taught GED classes to Army personnel. She traveled all over Europe and lived in many exotic places throughout her life, including South Africa, Venezuela, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. She was a kind, humble soul who never met a stranger. She resided in Anniston most of her life, and was a member of the Wednesday Study Club. She belonged to Grace Episcopal Church. She was a true Southern lady at heart. Hartselle is preceded in death by her beloved grandmother, May Templin Cole; her father, Dudley Frame; a nephew, Cole Frame; and a granddaughter, Anna Williams. She is survived by her mother, Katherine Cole Frame; her two daughters, Amy Villeda and Margaret Williams; grandchildren, Sierra Pittman, Edward Villeda, and Ryder Williams; her brothers, David Frame and Scott Frame; and her niece, Templin Frame. She was loved dearly by her family and friends and will be deeply missed.
