Weaver - Graveside services for Mrs. Hester Lett, 96, of Weaver, will be today, June 15, 2013, at 3 p.m. at Whites Gap Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Brinkman officiating. The family will receive friends today from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Mrs. Lett passed away Thursday, June 13, 2013, in Oxford. Mrs. Lett is survived by her daughter, Judy Angel and husband, Frank; brother, Raymond Phillips; grandchildren, Scottie Angel and Keisha Angel Freer and husband, Craig; great-grandchildren, Kaysie Freer and Cody Freer and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Lett is preceded in death by her husband, Clifford James Lett, and son, Phillip James Lett. Honorary pallbearers will be Kaysie and Cody Freer, the Ruth Bible Class and the Weaver Senior Citizens Center. Mrs. Lett was a lifelong resident of Calhoun County. She was a member of United Methodist Church of Weaver. Mrs. Lett was voted queen of Weaver of a month by the Weaver Senior Citizens Center.
