Funeral service for Inus Irene Haynie, 88, will be 1 p.m. Saturday October 3, 2015, at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with The Rev. Jerry Bolt and Scotty Duke officiating. Burial will follow at Forestlawn Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. on Saturday until the service begins. Survivors include her daughters, Betty Bolt (Jerry) and Cathy Duke; son, Frank Haynie (Glenda); eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Haynie is preceded in death by her husband, Linwood Haynie; son, Fred Haynie; brother, James Hurst; parents, James and Velma Hurst. Pallbearers will be Scotty Duke, Stevy Duke, Christopher Duke, Eddy Bolt, Clint Bolt, and Frank Haynie. Mrs. Haynie was a native of Clay county, but had been a resident of Calhoun county for most of her life. She was a member of North Weaver Baptist Church. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses and staff at Piedmont Healthcare Center, Amedysis Hospice and Dr. V.M. Reddy.
