James Brandon Hinton, 68, went to meet his Savior on Saturday, September 9, 2017, in Anniston, Alabama. He was born on April 22, 1949 in Anniston. He was a member of Parker Memorial Baptist Church. His favorite past times were spending time with his family, fishing and Alabama Football (Roll Tide). Those closest to him affectionally called him by Jim, Jimbo, Big Jim, Jimmy, Willie and Uncle Bo. He is survived by three daughters: Jamie Anderson (Kevin), Amie Hinton and Abbie Robinson (Matt); 5 grandchildren: Joshua and Jaden Anderson, Logan, Will and Cole Robinson; lifelong friend and former wife: Debbie Hinton; sister: Sissy Peak (Ronald); nephew: Brandon Peak (Celena); niece: Ashley Raley (Blake). He is proceeded in death by parents, Marceline Ann Hinton and Otis Brandon Hinton; sister, Dot (Pudgie) Hinton. Visitation will be at 5:00 P.M. with a Memorial Service following at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 14 at Parker Memorial Baptist Church, 1205 Quintard Avenue, Anniston, AL 36201. We would like to offer our sincere thanks to Dr. Yamamuro and the Regional Medical Center Staff for their excellent and compassionate care.
