Graveside service for Mr. Jerry Ronald Eason Sr., 75, of Anniston will be Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Forestlawn Cemetery with the Rev. Brad Williams officiating. Mr. Eason passed away August 24, at RMC in Anniston. Mr. Eason is survived by his wife, Joan Ward Eason; daughters, Victoria (Andre) Ladeau, Pamela Joan Bowman (Lonnie), Sherrie Jill Maxwell; special daughter, Destiny Bowman; son, Jerry "Ronnie" Ronald (Denise) Eason Jr.; 14 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Eason was preceded in death by his father, George Eason; mother, Avie Curvin; sisters, Gloria Pugh, Jacquline Pugh and Bobbie Sparks; daughter-in-law, Lanita Eason. Pallbearers will be grandsons. Mr. Eason was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. Mr. Eason was a graduate of Wellborn High School's 1st graduating class of 1957. He also proudly played on the 1st two football teams. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, a member of the 443 Masonic lodge. Jerry and his wife, Joan, were married on August 4, 1956 and were married for 58 years.
