A memorial service for Jerry Snider, 67, will be Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 6 p.m. at Life Worship Center in Saks, with the Rev. Hollis Martin officiating. Mr. Snider died Saturday, February 7, 2015 at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Sue Burdette, of Anniston; five sons, Jerry Lee Snider Gibbs, of Calif., Travis Snider, of Alexandria, Michael (Shannon Medders) Snider, of Weaver, Joey Snider, of Gadsden and James Henderson, of Anniston; two daughters, Tialisa Lynn Conn, of Montgomery and Tonya Sue (Jackie) White, of Anniston; five grandchildren, Kambree Snider, J.J. White, Jordan White, Jacalia White and Christian Conn; two sisters, Sandra (Dennis) Hicks, of Saks and Celeste (Dale McCullars) Snider, of Jacksonville; two brothers, Michael (Dana) Snider, of Anniston and Randy Snider, of South Beach, Fla.; several nieces and nephews. Jerry was well known for his lifelong dedication to the auto body repair business and his love of hotrods. He was deeply loved by his family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him. Mr. Snider was affiliated with Halls Chapel Congregational Holiness Church. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Dee Snider and Travis Snider; his parents, Clevie and Audrey Snider.
