Funeral service for Mr. Joseph Michael Adcock, 54, will be Friday, September 12, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Bro. Marlon Greenwood and Bro. Jerry Pike officiating with burial following at Forestlawn Gardens. The family will receive friends this evening from 6 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Adcock passed away Monday, September 8, 2014, at RMC in Jacksonville. Mr. Adcock is survived by his wife, Pamela L. Adcock; daughters, Pamela Shay Hubbard and Amanda Marie Hubbard; sister, Kim (Russ) Rouse; 17 nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Mr. Adcock was preceded in death by his father, Charles L. Adcock; mother, Sue Horne and sister, Sherry Adcock. Pallbearers will be P.D. Pritchett, Johnny McGinnis, Lacy Smith, Shannon Jones, Dylan Ledbetter and Vann Walker. Mr. Adcock was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County; he was a graduate of Saks High School and the George Washington University. Mr. Adcock was a born again Christian and member of Bonny Brook Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Navy. Condolences may be left at www.chapelhillfh.com
