Funeral service for Mrs. Judy Smith Spradlin, 63, will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home in Oxford. Brother Roger Young and Brother Calvin Brooks will be officiating. Burial will follow at Coldwater Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on this evening from 6-8 at the funeral home. Mrs. Spradlin passed away Sunday evening at her home after a short battle with cancer. Mrs. Spradlin is the wife of Ray Spradlin, of Munford. Other survivors include her brother, Jerry Smith, of Lincoln; sons, Steve Third, of Tallapoosa, Ga., and Michael Third (Shelley), of Ohatchee; daughter, Kerri Spradlin (Allen Moore), of Gadsden; grandchildren, Ashley Buikema, of Tallapoosa, Ga., Brittni Hammett (Jay), of Munford, Cortni Lowery, of Bowdon, Ga., Daniel Third, of Ohatchee, Christopher Third of Ohatchee, and Cade Moore, of Gadsden; great-grandchildren, Ally Moore, Brentley Hammett and Mason Buikema; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.
