Funeral service for Mr. Kenneth Ervin Taylor, 64, will be Saturday August 8, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Dr. Mike Holcomb officiating with burial to follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens with full military honors. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12 p.m. until service time at the funeral Home. Mr. Taylor passed on July 30, 2015, at RMC in Anniston. Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife, Mary Taylor; sons, Shawn E. Taylor and Mark E. Taylor; sisters, Pat Waterhouse and Glenda Taylor; brother, Johnny Taylor; grandson, Jacob Taylor. Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Dorothy Taylor; sister, Doris Shropshire; brother, Billie Taylor. Pallbearers will be Shawn Taylor, Mark Taylor, Jacob Taylor, Jerry Willett, Ray Johnson, Jamie Johnson and Joey Roberson. Mr. Taylor was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County; he was the owner of Taylor's Air, Heating and Refrigeration; and he was retired as a Command Master Chief from the U.S. Navy after serving 22 years.
