Larry Boozer, 62, made the journey to Heaven on April 10, 2017. Larry was the youngest of 10 children born to Floyd and Sula (Parris) Boozer. Larry was born in Fairfax, S.C., and moved to Jacksonville when he was five. He attended Jacksonville City Schools. Larry loved nature and enjoyed walking, gardening, reading, and studying genealogy. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. Survivors include his brothers, Ladson (Doris) Boozer and Don (Vera) Boozer; sisters, Edna Alldredge, Carolyn Oakley, Faye (Robert) Lumpkin and Robbie (Kyle) Medders; many nieces and nephews, as well as special friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Sula Boozer; brother, Steve Boozer; sisters, Charlotte Bundrum and Gloria Boozer; grandparents, Samuel and Gertrude Boozer, and Andrew Jackson and Donia Parker Parris.
