Lee Ann Hubbell, 60, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at her home in Newnan surrounded by family. She was born February 28, 1957 in Okinawa, Japan to the late Hugh Whitney Nolen and still surviving, Ethel Joyce Nolen. Along with her father, Lee Ann is preceded in death by brother, Frankie Hubbell. She is survived by her loving husband, Rick Hubbell; children, Whitney Ann Hubbell and Meghan Lee Hubbell Proctor; siblings, Pam Barnes, Doyle Nolen, Ken Hubbell, Scott Hubbell, Basil Hubbell Jr. and Jim Morris. The memorial service will be Saturday, June 17, 2017, at 6 p.m. in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home with Dr. Gene Tyre officiating. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6-8 at McKoon Funeral Home, 38 Jackson Street, in Newnan. If Lee Ann knew you then it's certain that you received a card from her celebrating something special in your life. Lee Ann was known for her joy of sending cards to the people she cared about.
