Funeral service for Lee Morris Hayes, 64, will be on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Heflin with Pastor Stacy Hill officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in Heflin Memorial Gardens. Mr. Hayes passed away on November 10, 2016. Mr. Hayes's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to his service. A wake will be this evening 6 - 8 pm. Mr. Hayes is a 1970 graduate from Cleburne County High School. He served in the United States Army and later retired from Eaton Electric in 2014. Survivors include his wife, Linda Hayes; daughter, Nicole Fanning; granddaughters; Bobbie Heard, Daijah Fanning; siblings, Bronzell Cooley, Lester Pearl (Marvin) Redford, Sarah Prothro, Olen Jack (Beatrice) Hayes, Durlin (Selma) Hayes; in-laws and other relatives and friends.
