Lesley Jane Stefan, 71, passed away peacefully at home on July 22, 2016. Mrs. Stefan was born on September 19, 1944, in Lakewood, OH. She was the daughter of Leslie Romond and Jane (Werle) Bright. Per Mrs. Stefan's request, private memorial services will be held by the family at a later date. Mrs. Stefan is survived by her husband of 53 years, David A. Stefan; her daughter, Tracy (Taylor) Casey; her son, Matthew (Lisa) Stefan; three granddaughters, Katherine Casey, Samantha, and Jacqueline Stefan; one grandson, Zach Casey; two brothers, Paul Romond and Doug Bright, and many other relatives and friends. Mrs. Stefan spent her childhood in Avon Lake, OH, graduating from ALHS in 1963. She and her family moved to California where she graduated with a degree in nursing from Saddleback College in Mission Viejo. Mrs. Stefan retired from Mission Hospital after more than 20 years and later moved to Jacksonville, Ala., to be near family. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at, 900 8th Ave N.
