Funeral service for Lester Wills "Les", 67, will be on Saturday, August 15, 2015, at 11 a.m. at the Sunlight Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Manuell Smith IV officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in Sunlight Church Cemetery. Mr. Wills passed away on August 8, 2015. Mr. Wills's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to his service. Mr. Wills graduated for Gadsden State Technical Vocational School. He served in the United States Army. He retired from Anniston Army Depot. Mr. Wills was a member of Sunlight Missionary Baptist Church. He served as a Sunday school teacher and in the Male Choir. He was President of the Eastaboga Sportman Club, President of the Eastaboga Community Choir, President of the Jive Five's Disco and coached baseball and softball teams. Survivors include his wife, Mary Wills; sons, Roderick (Lauren) Wills and Reginald (Toni) Wills; grandchildren, Marqui, Jacob, Olivia, Elijah, Tacarius and Layla Rose; siblings, Frances W. (Cecil) Wall, Dorothy Wills, Emma Wills, Cornelia Wills and Marvin (Kathy) Wills; sister-in-law, Cora Wills and other relatives and friends.
