Funeral service for Ms. Louise Adams Talley Brown, 85, was Monday, July 17, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home. The Rev. Tommy Reaves and Buford Parker officiated the service. Burial followed at Oxford Memorial Gardens. The family received friends on Sunday, July 16, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home. Ms. Brown passed away on July 14, 2017. Those left behind to cherish her memory are sons, Warren Talley and his wife, Pam, Brett Brown and his wife, Jamie; grandchildren, Tara Talley Austin (Jason), Patrick Talley (Cassie), Daniel Perry, David Perry (Bethany), Graham Talley, Hali Brown, and Kaleb Brown; great-grandchildren, Mackensie Austin, Montgomery Austin, Miles Austin, Glori Talley, Hannah Perry, Dexter Perry, and Noah Perry; brother-in-law, Buford Parker, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bester 'Dick' Adams Sr. and Lillie Hughes Adams; brothers, Bester 'B.A.' Adams Jr. (Virginia Thomas Adams), Charles 'Chuck' Adams, and a sister, Mary Elizabeth 'Bibble' Parker. Pallbearers will be Ross Miller III, Lee Pentecost, Patrick Talley, Daniel Perry, David Perry and Kaleb Brown. Honorary pallbearers will be Tom Adams, Bryan Parker, Trent Adams, and Richard Brown. Ms. Brown was a long-time member of Antioch Baptist Church and loved the Lord, her church and her family. She was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and a rare soul who could pull for Alabama and Auburn. She was formerly employed by Blue Mountain Industries, GE, Anniston Army Depot and Wal Mart. She was a 1949 graduate of Oxford High School and played the trumpet in the marching band. She will be most remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and aunt. Her prayers for those she loved will be truly missed by us who loved her. Miller Funeral Home and Crematory 256-831-4611
