Funeral service for Louise Wilkins Gray, 100, of Anniston will be 2 p.m., Thursday, October 16, 2014 at First United Methodist Church of Anniston with Pastor Pete Hawker officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Mrs. Gray passed away October 9, 2014 in Anniston. Survivors include her sister, Mary Bryant, of Vestavia Hills; brother, Browning Wilkins, of Pell City; nieces, Donna Hebson, Dianne Ivey, Barbara Moon and Doris McElroy; nephews, J. Van Wilkins, Mike Bryant, Andy Bryant and Bill Moon. Mrs. Gray is preceded in death by her husband J. Paul Gray; sister, Julia Moon and brothers, Curtis Wilkins, Saxton Wilkins and Roscoe Wilkins. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Neysa Coker Sunday School Class. Mrs. Gray was a native and resident of Calhoun County. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Anniston, Neysa Coker Sunday School Class, Positive Christian Singles and served over 50 years in United Methodist women. She was a member of Anniston Business and Professional Women's Club, a graduate of Alexandria High School and Anniston Business College and was a retired secretary with Rudisill Foundry.
