The home going service for Louneil Prickett Horne, 90, will be Thursday, April 13, 2017, 2 p.m. at Word Alive Church in Coldwater. Pastor Kent Mattox and Dan Mattox will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethlehem Church Cemetery in Clay County. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1 p.m. until service time at the church. Mrs. Horne passed away on Monday at Regional Medical Center. Survivors include her daughter, Sue Horne, of Ft. Pierce, Fla.; son, Benny Horne (Gerry), of Eastaboga; daughter, Naomi Sells, of Oxford, son, Paul Edgar Horne, of Eastaboga; brother, Franklin Prickett, of Phoenix City; sister, Ann Hopkins, of Talladega; five grandsons; five granddaughters, ten great-grandchildren. Mrs. Horne was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Oxford Chapter. She was a member of Word Alive International Outreach Church since 2001. Mrs. Horne was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Maudie Prickett; husband, Bram O. Horne; son, Raymond O. Horne; brother, James Prickett, and a sister, Irene Prickett Hayes. Pallbearers will be Paul Edgar Horne, Michael Horne, Jeff Pritchard, Terry Prickett, Craig Mattox and Ray Hayes. The family would like to give a special thank you to Dr. John Nwogu, and Dr. Saundra Dalton Smith, and to the staff on the 9th Floor at RMC for all of their love and care during this time.
