Margie Louise Moore, 84, died Monday, February 9, 2015, at her residence. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. today, February 11, 2015 at Chulafinne Baptist Church with the Rev. Philip Morris and the Rev. Ted Blalock officiating. Burial will follow in Chulafinnee Methodist Cemetery. Visitation will be today from noon until 2 p.m. at the church. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Her survivors are her husband, Frank Moore, of Chulafinnee; daughters, Cynthia (Mike) Howard, of Ohatchee and Denise Moore, of Chulafinnee; sister, Jewell Upchurch, of Talladega; several nieces and nephews. Pallbears will be Mike Howard, Harold Stanford, Jerrell Thrower, Ronnie Payne, David Houston and John Reynolds. Mrs. Moore was a native of Talladega county and a resident of Cleburne County for most of her life. She was married to her husband for 62 years. Mrs. Moore was a member of the Chulafinnee Baptist Church and she was employed by Chicopee Manufacturing Company, Anniston Libray and Tape Craft. Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her parent, Howard and Jessie O'Dell and a sister, Hazel Miller. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Chulafinnee Baptist Church.
