Funeral service for Mary Cochran McKenzie "Mamie", 75, will be on Sunday, September 27, 2015, at 2 p.m. at the Sycamore Baptist Church with Pastor Brian Miller. Interment will follow in Sycamore Church Cemetery. Mrs. McKenzie passed away on September 21, 2015 at Citizens Baptist Medical Center. Mrs. McKenzie's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to her service. Mrs. McKenzie retired from Spring Valley Tyson Foods. Survivors include her daughters, Dale Rhoden, Margaret Richardson, JoAnn Richardson and Mary H. Morgan; sons, Willie F. McKenzie and Pastor Chris K. (Amanda) McKenzie; siblings, Dorothy Wilson, Jerry (Clarence) Turner, Geneva (Willie) Levitt, Bonnie Robinson, Nem (Doris) Cochran Jr., Norman (Beverly) Cochran, Jean Crockett and Robert (Sherry) Cochran; 19 grandchildren; 17 great- grandchildren and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nem Sr. and Nellie Cochran; husband, Willie Frank McKenzie; son, David McKenzie; siblings, Bobby, Charles, Samuel and Jeannette Cochran.
