Funeral service for Mrs. Mary L. Couch, 75, will be Wednesday, July 30, 2014, at 2 p.m. at the K.L. Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Center Chapel, in Jacksonville, with the Rev. Bruce Jenkins officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12- 2 p.m. prior to the service on Wednesday. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Couch died on Sunday, July 27, 2014, at her residence. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Garland Couch; four sons, Wayne Couch, of Hokes Bluff, Mike (Tammy) Couch, of Jacksonville, Ronnie (Pam) Couch, of Jacksonville and Danny (Michelle) Couch, of Jacksonville; six grandchildren, Gary, Greg (Cierra), Justin, Vanessa, Dylan and Coby Couch; one great grandchild, Tanner Couch; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Wayne Couch, Gary Couch, Justin Couch, Butch Anthony, Keith Bond and David Harbottle. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Phillips and Greg Couch. Mrs. Couch was of the Baptist faith and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed working with her flowers, canning and quilting. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Couch was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Clara Lee; two brothers, Robert Lee (sister-in-law, Rilla Lee) and Billy Lee; one sister, Janie Jenkins; and a great granddaughter, KayLeigh Madison Couch.
