Funeral service for Mary L. Storey, 82, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Gray Brown Service Mortuary. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mrs. Storey died Sunday at her residence. Survivors include her daughters, Lucinda Harper, of Saks, Debra Scoggins (Rickey), of Montgomery; son, John H. Tipton Jr. (Debbie), of Eastaboga; grandchildren, Scott Scoggins (Denice), Tosha Tipton, Katina Morrison (Shane), Harley Tipton, Kaitlyn Harper and Coltin Harper; great-grandchildren, Draklin Scoggins, Nathan Scoggins, BreAnn Morrison, Elaina Tipton and Demi Harris; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Storey is preceded in death by her husband, James T. Storey Jr.; and her daughter, Mary "Tina" Brown. A special thanks to Gentiva Hospice for their care given.
