Mary Rose Propes Moore passed away Monday, November 20, 2017 in a local hospital. She was born in Jacksonville on May 3, 1929, daughter of the late Harvey Ragan Propes and Susie Imogene England Propes. Mrs. Moore was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bremen, a member of the Golden Tones Choir and bed-baby preschool Sunday School Teacher for 63 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby H. Moore; son-in-law, Conal Barrow, and two sisters, Nadine Traylor and Joyce Spivey. Survivors include her children, Keith and Allison Moore of Peachtree City; Tamara Barrow, of Bremen; Rosemary and Richard Bennett, of Bremen; grandchildren, Katie Barrow, of Pensacola, Fla., Leigh Anne and Josh Harwell, of Peachtree City; Eddie and Sarah Barrett, of Covington, Kristie and J.R. Wimbish of Villa Rica, Sallie Barrett, of Atlanta, Susie and Corey Coats, of Bremen, March Beth and Hunter Bragg, of Bremen; seven great-grandchildren; a sister and her spouse, Edna and Jimmy Arrington, of Leeds; three nieces, and five nephews. Service will be today, November 24, 2017, at 2 p.m. from the Bremen First Baptist Church with Bro. Herman Parker and Dr. Keith Moore officiating. Music will be furnished by the church choir under the direction of Andy Fowler accompanied by Sara Calhoun and Sue Ezzell. The family will receive friends today at the church from 12-1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Bremen City Cemetery. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Dale Nix, Cliff Coats, Vann Pelt, Mike Murphy, Ed Hogan, Johnny Barrett, David Haney and Donnie Arp.
