A Memorial service with full military honors for MSG Carmen I. Pagan, US Army Retired, 69, will be Friday, August 7, 2015 at noon at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery, Miami, Fla. MSG Pagan passed away on July 31, 2015, at Jacksonville Health and Rehabilitation. MSG Pagan retired from the US Army after 20 years of dedicated service to her country and was a veteran of Desert Storm. She was a member of the American Legion. She was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Jacksonville, Eagle Point Campus. MSG Pagan is preceded in death by her three brothers, Jose Luis Santon, Ceasar Sanchez and Carlos A. Julian. MSG Pagan is survived by her children, Pedro "Pete" Baez Pagan, Maria F. Dickson; her husband, Rick and Stephanie Rivera and her husband, Jonathan; two sisters, Haydee Pagan and Maria Elena Julia; grandchildren, Dianeliz "Diany" Rodriguez, Lyndsay Fundell, Melissa Dickson, Idarmiz Rivera and Alex Rivera; four great-grandchildren; 10 nieces; 12 nephews; and many friends.
