Funeral service for Mr. Norman Miller, 95, of Munford, will be Saturday, February 1, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Miller Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow at Antioch Baptist Church. Visitation will be an hour prior to the service. Mr. Miller passed away on January 28, 2014, at his home. He is survived by his children, G. Larry (Sue) Miller, Sandra Alverson, Rhonda (Dicky) Holcombe, Jeanie Johnson; brothers, Howard Thomas and Curtis Thomas; sisters, Virginia Adams and Ruby Clark; eight grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Mr. Miller is preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Miller; parents, George and Izora Miller; daughter, Pamela Moses, and brother, Claude Thomas. Mr. Miller served in the U.S. Army for four years and was a World War II Veteran. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.
