Pamela Surrett Webb Haynes, 60, of Oxford, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2018. Born November 6, 1957 in Anniston, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Tommy Charles Webb and Mary Virginia Webb and granddaughter of the late Luther Luke Howard and Ercelle Weir Howard. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Danny Eugene Haynes of Welborn, Alabama; one son, Timothy Russell Heflin (Rusty) and wife, Jennifer of Flintville, Tennessee; two daughters, Jeni DeAnne Conger and husband, Kenny, of Oxford, Alabama and Joni Amanda Badgett and husband, Corey, of Oxford, Alabama; a brother, Michael David Howard and wife, Rhonda, of Oxford, Alabama; four grandchildren, Preston Conger, Peyton Conger, Palyn Conger, and Charla Heflin; two nephews, Michael Howard; Ryan Howard and wife Kelli; and three great nieces, Kinley Howard, Victoria Howard, and Elizabeth Howard. Memorial services will be held Sunday, February 4th, 2018 at Hill Crest Baptist Church in Anniston, Alabama. The family will receive visitors from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. Services will begin at 2:00 with Dr. Rick Reaves officiating. Pam was loved by many and was known for her loving, outgoing personality and her passion for music. She will be missed by many. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 4550 Montgomery Avenue, Suite 1100 N, Bethesda, MA 20814.
