Funeral service for Peggy Stovall Harper, 91, of White Plains, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 25, 2015, at White Plains Baptist Church with the Rev. Eric Snider officiating. Burial will follow at The Harper Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until service time. Mrs. Harper passed away Wednesday morning at Dugger Mountain Assisted Living. Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Harper Bradley (Leon); son, Tony Harper (Debbie); daughter-in-law, Patsy Harper; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Nellie Traywick and Martha Law; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Harper is preceded in death by her husband, Merrill R. Harper; sons, Ronald B. Harper and Robin B. Harper. Pallbearers and Honorary pallbearers will be Deacons of White Plains Baptist Church. Mrs. Harper was a native and lifelong native of White Plains and a member of White Plains Baptist Church for over 20 years.
