Memorial service for Phil Junior Kelley, 68, of Anniston, will be 6 pm, today, July 24, 2013, at Church on the Rock on Hwy 202 with Dr. Randy Hayes officiating. The family will receive friends and offer refreshments today from 4 - 6 p.m. at the church. Mr. Kelley died Monday at RMC. Survivors include his daughters, Kristen Kelley and Elizabeth Hester (Kenneth); sons, Phil Jay Kelley (Nina Ware), Jason Kelley (Amanda) and James Kelley; grandchildren, Johnathan and Aaron Hester, Stephanie, Trenton, Aaron and Tyler Kelley, Payten River Pyatt and Michelle Ramey; brothers, Norman and Donald "Red" Kelley and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Kelley is preceded in death by his grandchild, Harley Regan Kelley; parents, Thomas and Katherine Kelley; sister, Mildred "Mickey" Tubbs; brothers, Ivan Cole, Frank, Roy, Gene and Joe Kelley. Mr. Kelley was formally employed with Central Casting, FMC, and Speedrack. He served in the U.S. Army. Mr. Kelley loved his family, fishing, gardening and motorcycles. He was a great and loving, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He would do anything to help people. Gray Brown-Service Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
