Phil ahs been a lifelong friend of our family and will be greatly missed.

Phil will be missed by many. He was a very important part of the Parker Team for many years. His accomplishments in the Quality Assurance Department made work productive and fun. He was a very caring person who was very proud of his family. I am proud to have know him.
